This project's design was required to be the minimum valuable product, because it was experimental work of the company. Because the home theater system could connect via bluetooth was the challenge of the industry then. So I designed to be less information but customers can use it. Team was formed only 4 members, PM, two engineers and designer. As soon as possible after making rough wire, we started to develop even though no fixed design. We built, checked and modified the app everyday like agile development.

On the other hand, I designed some new experimental experience on it, for example, when customers launch this app, Home Theater turned on.

As a result, this home theater system was back order almost one year and app store rate was +4 stars.
